Those websites list a few good ways on why you want to avoid stress all together. Instead of staring at the computer screen stressed out waiting for my paper to write itself I should take some time to myself. Then I will come back more refreshed. Don't want any of those side effects of stress getting to me to much.
This blog is so perfect for this time of the year! I know I have a lot of stuff and papers due right before and after thanksgiving and its no fun! I know personally taking time to go to practice and run really helps me deal. Also making lists of all the things you need to do and crossing stuff is helpful! Nice job!
This is a great blog, especially for this time of year. Between the Holidays, shopping, money, and school work, EVERYONE seems to be stressed to their maximum capacity. It's great the you poinpoint the sources and the symptoms one can feel from stress. I'm pretty sure stress is the main reason eeryone on campus always has a cold. I also think it's great that you posted 10 ways to de-stress. It'll definitely help me stay focused and remain calmer for the next month or so.
